At Untouchables, we stand by the quality of our fashion; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our warehouse.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
